About Single Inbox

The Single Inbox service allows the for the synchronization of your Sheridan voicemail messages with your Sheridan email account—your voicemail messages will arrive as an attachment in an email message. You can listen to your messages from any device (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, smart phone) that has an application that supports the playback of WAV audio files.

Do I Require Special Software To Use Single Inbox?

Probably not. The default media players included with most devices are capable of playing WAV audio files.

Mac users please note: in most cases, unless you have specified otherwise, audio files will open by default in iTunes and a copy of the file will reside in your iTunes library until you delete it. Alternatively, you can simply click the Preview button that appears next to the audio file attachment in your email client to listen to the message.
