Equipment Loans

  • must have a valid Sheridan OneCard for equipment sign out

  • items must be returned the same day they were borrowed unless otherwise indicated

[updated August 19, 2021] The Service Desks at the Davis, Hazel McCallion and Trafalgar Road campuses provide Mobile Computing students and Sheridan employees short-term loans of equipment as noted in the chart below.

Service Conditions

Please note that the Service Desk no longer provides network cables, dongles, adapters, etc. These may be purchased from Sheridan's campus bookstores or from local electronics retailers.

How & Where Do I Go to Borrow/Return Equipment?

Contact the IT Service Desk or visit the IT Service Bookings page to schedule a drop-off or pick-up appointment. You will be required to show your valid Sheridan OneCard to borrow any equipment.
