Requirements

  • attendees must RSVP to confirm their attendance at a session

Sheridan staff and students can schedule service appointments to deal with technology issues that require a bit more time and effort to address.

Below are some examples of situations where we recommend booking a service appointment:

  • Install MS Office, Trend Antivirus, etc.
Install Printers <10 minutes Students/Faculty/Staff
  • Install global print queues
Equipment Loans <10 minutes Students/Faculty/Staff
  • Sign out equipment
Mobile Device Setup 15 minutes Students/Faculty/Staff
  • Assistance with setting up mobile devices for WifFi, email, etc.


How Do I Book an Appointment?

Appointments can be booked online for each campus Service Desk location. All appointments are held at the designated appointment desk at the locations listed below.
