Web Print

Web Print allows users to simply print by uploading documents from a web browser. No client software or driver installation is required.

  1. Go to and log-in with your Sheridan credentials at the prompt.
  2. Select the Web Print link from the left-side navigation bar.

  3. Select the Submit a Job button.
  4. Select a printer that corresponds with your campus location to release your job. For most users, the GREEN (virtual) queue will be the appropriate selection. After you have selected a print queue choose Print Options and Account Selection.

  5. Specify the number of copies you want to print. Click Upload Documents to proceed.

  6. Drag the file you want to print into the area specified on the page or select Upload from computer. Choose Upload & Complete when you are done.

  7. You will now see that your job has been submitted and held in queue, ready for release. Simply go to any of the multifunction printers on campus and tap your Sheridan onecard on the attached card reader to release your job.
