Sheridan’s student email and calendar services are powered by Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Services. One of the most common issues students encounter when accessing their email through the Outlook Web Application is the inability to sign in to their account. Typically, users will see the following error:
Most often, this error will occur when a user is logged into one Microsoft email account (such as their personal Hotmail or Outlook.com account) and tries to access another Microsoft email account (e.g. their Sheridan Office 365 account) in the same browser session.
Remember, if you have more than one Microsoft email account and are accessing them through a web interface, only log into one account at a time during the same browser session to avoid conflicts.
