Configuring Outlook for Mac for use with Office 365

Follow the instructions below to configure your Sheridan Office 365 account for Outlook for Mac.

  1. Launch Microsoft Outlook for Mac

  2. Click the Sign In button.

  3. You will be prompted as to whether or not you want to use Intelligent Services - the choice is yours. Make a selection to proceed.

  4. At the sign-in prompt, enter your Sheridan email address and click Next.

  5. You will be redirected to Sheridan's Single Sign-On (SSO) page. Enter your Sheridan username and password and select the Login button.

  6. Once you've successfully authenticated click the Start Using Outlook button.

  7. Outlook will launch and you'll be prompted to add your account, Select the "Add..." button to add your account.

  8. You will see confirmation once your account has been successfully added. You can add other email accounts if you wish. Click Done to complete the setup process.

  9. Your account is now configured and ready to use with Outlook for Mac.
