On the account wizard welcome screen select the add account button.
Select the button beside Exchange Account OR select the plus button at the bottom of the message pane and select Exchange….
From the Outlook menu choose Preferences…
Choose Accounts
If you have an existing configuration to access your email using Sheridan's legacy email system, we recommend you remove your old profile before adding your new account settings. Select your old account and select the minus button at the bottom of the account pane to delete.
Select the plus symbol at the bottom of the account panel to add a new email account—select Exchange…
Enter your account details as follows and select Add Account when done:
Email address: username@sheridancollege.ca (you must specify your user name – do not use the traditional firstname.lastname@sheridancollege.ca address)
Method: User Name and Password
User name: username@sheridancollege.ca
Password: your Sheridan password
Un-check Configure automatically
Server: outlook.office365.com
You will then see a window asking you to allow autodiscover to configure your account settings. Select the checkbox beside Always use my response for this server and select Allow.
