Configuring Outlook 2016 (macOS) for use with Office 365

Follow the instructions below to configure your Sheridan Office 365 account for Outlook 2016.

  1. Launch Microsoft Outlook 2016

  2. Select the arrow icon to move to the next screen.

  3. Select the Get started button.

  4. Choose a theme and select Continue.

  5. Select Start Using Outlook

  6. Select the Add Account button.

  7. Select Exchange or Office 365.

  8. Enter your account information and select Add Account when done.

    • Email address:
    • Method: User Name and Password
    • User name:
    • Password: your Sheridan password

  9. A green indicator icon will appear next to the account name in the left-side column once your account has been successfully configured. Close this window to begin using Outlook.

  10. Outlook is now ready for use with your Office 365 account.
