Configuring Outlook 2016 (macOS) for use with Office 365

Follow the instructions below to configure your Sheridan Office 365 account for Outlook 2016.

  1. Launch Microsoft Outlook 2016

  2. Click the arrow icon to move to the next screen.

  3. Click the Get started button.

  4. Choose a theme and click Continue.

  5. Click Start Using Outlook

  6. Click the Add Account button.

  7. Select Exchange or Office 365.

  8. Enter your account information and click Add Account when done.

    • E-mail address:
    • Method: User Name and Password
    • User name:
    • Password: your Sheridan password

  9. A green indicator icon will appear next to the account name in the left-side column once your account has been successfully configured. Close this window to begin using Outlook.

  10. Outlook is now ready for use with your Office 365 account.
