[updated December 21, 2020] Microsoft Bookings is a scheduling tool and is part of the Microsoft Office family of products. Bookings is an easy way for Sheridan departments and faculties to provide services to their clients on an appointment basis.
Bookings allows you to customize appointment details, booking requirements, and specify service providers to streamline the booking experience. Integration with staff’s Office calendar helps to quickly find available time to avoid double-booking, and an easy to navigate webpage lets your customers find and book appointments around the clock. Bookings helps you spend less time scheduling and more time meeting with customers.
All Sheridan employees who have an Office 365 ProPlus Subscription are able to access to MS Bookings via Sheridan's Office 365 portal. If you don't have an Office 365 ProPlus Subscription or aren't sure, go to getoffice.sheridancollege.ca.
All services can be booked through your service bookings webpage URL link that is easily shared through email, chat, or posted on internal/external websites.
Turn on/off the option for your service bookings to be held in an online meeting using Microsoft Teams.
Specify your business and service hours so that your customers only see times that are available during those bookable hours.
Choose pre-set colours or set your own custom colours for your bookings page.
Add custom fields in addition to the default booking fields to capture important data for your service bookings.
