Enterprise System Services (ESS)
Brian Aubert Now Manager of PeopleSoft Applications and Support
IT is pleased to announce that Brian Aubert was appointed as the Manager, PeopleSoft Applications and Support within the Enterprise Systems Services team, effective near the end of last September.
Brian came to Sheridan in October 2017 holding various project management roles including the role as Interim Manager: IT Project Management Office, and Program Manager. He started his PeopleSoft career in 1996 at the CIBC Head Office, then went to Hamilton Health Science in 2000. He has also worked on PeopleSoft Applications with companies such as Canadian Tire, Telus, and McMaster University.
Brian has worked on many projects at Sheridan including the coordination of the complex and multi-stakeholder roll-out of the Student Ancillary Fees system.
We are thrilled to have Brian as part of Sheridan’s Enterprise Systems Services Team.

Rene Naidu Joins ICT
It's a pleasure to announce that Rene Naidu was the successful candidate to fill the role of Collaboration Systems Administrator in Information and Communication Technology. His first day in the position will be January 2, 2020.
Rene brings a wealth of technical and institutional experience from a variety of roles at Sheridan - most recently as an Infrastructure Analyst on the networking team. but also as an alumnus of different ICT groups, the Service Desk, and SIRTnet.

Jean Lu Returns
IT Security Senior Information Security Analyst, Jean Lu, has returned from her maternity leave, much to the chagrin of her daughter, Rachel. Welcome back Jean!

Wes Mathieu Taking Some Daddy Time
Senior Network Solutions Architect, Wes Mathieu, is taking some time to spend with his wife and new born son and will out on paternity leave until the beginning of June.
Stephen Tayor Takes on Role of Senior Network Solutions Architect
Assuming the regins while Wes is on paternity leave, Stephen Taylor, was the successful candidate for the Senior Network Solutions Architect Appendix D position.
Sterling Jetha Joins ISG
IT Security's loss is ISG's gain. Sterling Jetha will be joining the ISG group, having completed his one-year secondment while Jean Lu was on maternity leave. Sterling will be filling in as interim Network Solutions Architect, pinch hitting for Steve Taylor who, as previously mentioned, is assuming the Senior Network Solutions Architect role while Wes Mathieu is out on paternity leave.
Jacquie Manes Tackles ServiceNow Adminstrator Role
Jacquie Manes was the successful candidate for the ServiceNow Administrator and Developer role. Jacquie has over seventeen years of experience with PeopleSoft CRM which has been delivering parts of Sheridan’s IT Service Management and IT Asset Management. Most notably as a CRM Support Analyst. With Jacquie's organizational experience and knowledge, she will continue to help drive our success and improve our customers’ experience.
