Service & Asset Management Project: ServiceNow Implementation

IT is working on introducing an integrated solution for asset management and customer service that will serve as a model for deployment across other areas of the college.

Leveraging ServiceNow as our platform, we will provide enriched user experiences for both customers and service providers in the following areas:

With the initial roll-out, ServiceNow will replace IT’s usage of PeopleSoft CRM*, ATS**, and Cherwell***. We will be looking to onboard other areas of the College following IT's implementation. 

* PeopleSoft CRM is our current Customer Relationship Management tool and will continue to be utilized by other areas of the College
** ATS is our customized asset tracking solution that integrates with PeopleSoft CRM
*** Cherwell was being used for IT Change Management
