[Updated Aug. 19, 2019] On the weekend of August 17, IT staff will be updating our back-end Webex infrastructure and moving everything over to a new portal. This update will provide us with more robust administrative features and will pave the way for us to roll out other Webex features and services in the future.
As a consequence of this upgrade, users will need to take the following actions:

Updating your calendar entries to re-establish the Webex linkage is very straightforward. Simply open the calendar entry for your meeting in Outlook and select the Add Webex icon in the toolbar and make a selection from the dropdown menu – Add Webex; Add Personal Room; or Add Personal Conference, as appropriate.
