[June 18, 2015] Due to construction projects taking place in the immediate vicinity of the IT Service Desk location inside the Trafalgar campus Learning Commons, the areas used to store IT assets will be inaccessible to Service Desk staff. Consequently, the Service Desk counter will only be able to provide limited services until construction is completed.
The following services will be unavailable:
* users who have already booked conference carts for today will have their requests fulfilled. Effective immediately, we will not be able to accommodate requests for video conference carts until construction is completed and staff are able access our asset storage area again.
Facilities management has indicated that work would be on-going until at least end-of-day Friday, June 19 and could potentially go on until early next week. We will send an update to the College community as soon as we learn more.
We recommend that users at the Trafalgar Road campus who require IT support first contact the Service Desk directly via one of the support channels listed below. Service Desk staff can recommend the best course of action for your particular issue or concern.
