[Mar. 3, 2016] We are excited to announce the launch of the first iteration of the IT Service Catalogue—a detailed listing of the technology-related services available to Sheridan students and staff. The catalogue details who is eligible for each service, how services are requested or provisioned, and also includes links to how-to guides and other relevant resources. The Service Catalogue is featured prominently on our freshly updated IT website.
The IT home page now also features a System Status Dashboard, allowing users to see at a glance the status and availability of the IT systems that impact them the most, including:
