[February 17, 2021] Sheridan has introduced a new self-service password reset utility for Sheridan employees, students, applicants, and alumni who have forgotten their network password.
The new password reset process is secure and easier to use than before. Simply submit your Sheridan network username or I.D. number to initiate a password reset request. Instructions on how to retrieve your new password will be sent to the ‘Home’ email address that we have on record for you. It’s a good idea to make sure your address is up to date before you need to reset your password. See How to Verify/Update Your Home Email Address for complete instructions. If there is no home email address indicated in our systems, your reset request will fail.
