[August 16, 2019] Beginning at 10 p.m. on Monday, August 19 until 2 a.m. on Tuesday morning, IT staff will be performing network upgrades at the Trafalgar campus that will affect the following areas:
There will be approximately 10 minutes of downtime for each of the areas noted above at some point during the upgrade period. Services will be restored in sections as the upgrades complete. At one point during the upgrade, there will be a complete outage for approximately 10 minutes to the Sheridan wireless network across all buildings at the Trafalgar campus.
IT staff will be doing their best to restore connectivity as quickly as possible and are hoping to have the upgrades compete by 12 a.m. on Tuesday. However, it could take up until 2 a.m. to complete the upgrades.
