[May 13, 2021] A few users have inquired recently about the Focused Inbox feature in Outlook and how it works. Quite simply, focused inbox helps to keep your email organized by splitting your inbox into two tabs: Focused and Other. Your most important messages will appear in the ‘Focused’ tab while less important messages will appear in the ‘Other’ tab.
