[Jan. 30, 2020] On Saturday, February 1 at 5 p.m., IT staff will be making updates* to our Adobe Creative Cloud infrastructure. During this update, users will NOT be able to access Adobe Creative Cloud software apps and services. This upgrade should take about two hours and access should be restored no later than 7 p.m.
* the update originally planned for midnight last Tuesday evening did not occur due to unforeseen complications
As a consequence of this update, all users will be required to once again sign-in with their Sheridan username and password in order to use the Adobe CC apps and services.
This update will address recent issues experienced by many users who have had trouble logging into Adobe CC applications.
