How to Connect to an Audio Conference

  1. External callers dial 905-815-4133. Internal callers dial 4133. Users will be connected to a conferencing menu.

  2. When prompted, enter the conference ID followed by #.

  3. Enter the conference password followed by #.

How to Connect to a Video Conference

Calling in by (H.323) Video

  1. External callers dial 142.55.77.14. They will be connected to a conferencing menu. Internal callers
    dial 4133 to be connected to the same conferencing menu.
  2. When prompted, enter the conference ID followed by #.
  3. Enter the conference password followed by #.
  4. Press the OK/ menu button to make the dial pad disappear.

Calling in by Phone (for participants without video capabilities)

  1. External callers dial 905-815-4133. Internal callers dial 4133. Users will be connected to a conferencing menu.
  2. When prompted, enter the conference ID followed by #.
  3. Enter the conference password followed by #

Testing Video Connections in Advance of Your Conference

If you want to test your video connections ahead of the actual conference (recommended), a test conference can be booked by contacting the IT Service Desk—make sure you have arranged to test your conference with at least one other participant in advance of contacting the Service Desk.
