Sheridan Software Access (SSA) Client Software

Available to

  • Mobile Computing students who are active in a FT program

  • Active Sheridan employees who are using a College leased or owned workstation

Requirements

In order to control the licensing and distribution of academic software from AccessSheridan, students in a Mobile Computing program and staff/faculty will need to download and run the Sheridan Software Access program. This software utility is only available to eligible students and staff via AccessSheridan. Once the program has been run, your computer will be authorized to download licensed software from AccessSheridan.

Students who are in an Apple-based Mobile Computing program are not required to use the SSA client software. Your program faculty/support technicians will inform you as to how to acquire software required for your program.

Getting the Sheridan Software Access Utility

  1. Log-in to AccessSheridan with your Sheridan username and password
  2. Click the link SSA Client for Windows found under the "Sheridan Resources" heading

You should only need to download and run the Sheridan Software Access utility once – unless you upgrade your computer’s hardware or change computers.
