Updates on IRCC policy changes to study permits

onecard

The Sheridan onecard is your multipurpose photo ID card that provides access to spaces on campus such as classrooms, libraries, and recreation facilities. Funds loaded to the onecard account can be used for a variety of services from printing to bookstore purchases, as well as food purchases at participating locations.

Sheridan onecard is now available for Apple and Android!

The mobile onecard is the newest way to use your Sheridan onecard, and will replace your physical onecard once you enable it for your Apple or Android device. Full-time students can add their onecard to an Apple or Android device and use it to access facilities like classrooms, labs, and more by tapping their mobile device. When you add your onecard to your Apple or Android device, you will also be able to pay for items on campus such as food, books, and printing - as well as off-campus restaurants where the Sheridan onecard is accepted, by tapping your Phone or Apple Watch.

Submit a photo and once your photo is approved, please review the onecard mobile page on Sheridan Central to learn how to download the TouchNet 360u app and set up your mobile onecard now.

Students: Visit the onecard page on Sheridan Central for more information on how to obtain and manage your onecard at: https://central.sheridancollege.ca/sheridan-onecard

Using your onecard for payment

Students will need to add funds to their onecard accounts before using their cards at services listed below.

Parents, family and friends can also add funds to any Sheridan onecard by visiting the Authorized User Deposit page. Please note: the student’s Sheridan ID number and first three letters of the student’s first name are required to deposit funds. Onecard users may add funds, view transactions, make purchases and manage their account at oneweb.sheridancollege.ca

There are two main accounts associated with a onecard: a flex account and a Non-Taxable Meal Plan account.

The flex account can be used on campus anywhere the onecard is accepted as well as at our off-campus restaurants in Brampton and Oakville.

The Non-Taxable Meal plan can be used at the Chartwells managed food service locations on campus. Visit dineoncampus.ca/Sheridan for more info.
