Printing Upgrades Sunday, March 29

[Mar. 26, 2015] On Sunday, March 29 from 5 a.m. until 7 a.m. IT staff will be upgrading PaperCut, Sheridan’s print management software. Consequently, general-purpose printing (typically accessed through the ‘Green’ print queue) will be unavailable during the 2-hour upgrade period. The updated software offers improved availability of PaperCut services and other performance improvements.

Specialty Printing & Stand Alone Printers Unaffected

Specialized printers (e.g. photo printers used by FAAD) and standalone printers (those not connected to the College network) are not affected by this change and will remain operational during the service period.
