Trafalgar Campus Telephony Analog Gateway Hardware Replacement

Legacy analog devices –  like those grubby beige phones still found in some areas of the campus – will be inoperable during the 2-hour upgrade period.

[Mar. 6, 2015] On Saturday, March 14 from 10 p.m. – 12 a.m. on March 15, IT staff will be replacing the hardware that controls our analog telephony gateway. The hardware being replaced has reached the end of its life and vendor support cycle, and will be replaced by a more cost effective model that offers greater efficiency and capacity.

Consequently, analog devices at the Trafalgar Road campus that rely on the analog telephony gateway will be inoperable during the upgrade period. The following analog devices will be impacted:

* TTY stands for text telephone
