Information Information & Communication Technology (ICT) is responsible for the management, development, operations and support of Sheridan's core technical infrastructure, including:

  • data centres
  • corporate servers
  • telecom services
  • collaborative technology and services

Collaborative Technology Group

The Collaboration Technology Group (CTG) is responsible for the design, implementation and operations of several information technology and infrastructure services that are critical to the College.

The team has a strategic focus on the convergence of voice, video, conferencing, collaboration, classrooms, and AV and building systems.

Cloud Services Group

The Cloud Services Group (CSG) is responsible for the design, implementation and operations of the College’s critical information technology services and infrastructure. The team has a strategic focus on private and public cloud solutions, from the data centre (server and storage virtualization as a service) through to end user computing (desktop and application virtualization) and the integration of public cloud applications with internal systems (e.g. SLATE, Office 365).
